Student Training Policies

Class Date Changes or Cancellations

All class schedules are planned by the instructors beforehand. In case of unavailability, students must inform the instructors to avoid missing out on lectures.

AA caters to requests for class time changes at the discretion of the instructors. If a class date is delayed or cancelled due to reasons related to COVID-19, our training support team will reschedule it with no additional deposits required.

Refundable Adjustable Fees at Initial Deposit

The security fees deposited initially along with the admission fees shall not be used throughout the training. However, AA can adjust it against flying hours after your 190th hour, or you can receive a full refund upon completion of the training.

Attendance Policy in Flying Schedules

Flying schedules for students are prepared in advance. Therefore, in case of non-availability, students must inform at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled flying time.

Withdrawal from the Training

As a flying student, it is expected that you attend ground classes and flight training on time and with 100% attendance for your own benefit and effective learning.

However, if due to valid reasons, a student needs to withdraw from the training and requests a refund of the initial admission fees, AA will accommodate the request. The refund will be calculated with a deduction for classes attended and flight training taken. AA aims to process refunds as accurately and promptly as possible without unnecessary delays.

AA is proud to be the only flying school with this Refund Policy.
